Yohji Yamamoto

Yohji Yamamoto is a Japanese fashion designer known for his avant-garde and minimalist aesthetic. Yamamoto launched his eponymous fashion label in 1981, and his collections have been shown at fashion weeks in Paris, Milan, and New York. Yamamoto's designs often incorporate black, loose-fitting silhouettes and are known for their avant-garde and deconstructed aesthetic. In addition to his work in fashion, Yamamoto has also collaborated with other well-known designers and brands, such as Adidas and Mikimoto. Yamamoto has been awarded several  fashion awards, including the "International Designer of the Year" award from the Council of Fashion Designers of America in 1992.
