Work trousers from the Spring Summer 2006 collection of the Maison Martin Margiela line 6 back when Martin was still designing for the brand. Multiple cargo pockets placed in a patchwork manner throughout. Concealed silver zip and press stud fly. Made from a flowy washed black cotton material. Straight cut. 

Size 44 - fits like a Men’s 33-36 (Model is 1.80m)
