Casual pants from the early 2000s of the Maison Martin Margiela line 6 line back when Matin was part of the brand. Classic construction with a zip fly and snap button closure at the strap and some workwear style front pockets. Tonal waistband in a different material. Made from a dark brown cotton fabric with a soft velour texture. 

Size 44 - fits like a Men’s 36 (Model is 1.80m)
