Casual pants from Maison Martin Margiela back when Martin was still head of the brand. Waist tab at the sides which can be used to adjust the waist width. Interesting pockets which poke out slightly. Dark grey color with a subtle and grainy texture. Made from a sturdy wool and cotton material.
