All orders will be shipped from our store in Antwerp. All parcels will be shipped on the same day or the next possible day. We only use DHL (within Europe) & UPS (worldwide) which guarantee a fast and reliable service. However, in rare cases there can be delays on account of the courier which we have no control over.

Our packages are shipped in such a way that no customs or duty fees are charged on the customer's end.
