Black leather derby shoes from the early 2000s of Gucci which was designed by Tom Ford. Flap panel over the laceless construction with two straps attached with two silver buckles. Rounded toe with a leather sole with rubber sole support. Made from smooth polished leather. 

Size 44 - fits like 44,5-45
